Baked Crisp Zucchini Sticks Recipe Video
|Zucchinis||2 , chopped into sticks or fries|
|Toasted wheat germ/Whole grain bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste, garlic powder|

|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dairy milk|

Remove from oven. Transfer Wheat germ into a bowl or dish, along with the nutritional yeast and seasonings. Preheat oven to 400F.
Pour milk into a bowl. Dip the zucchini sticks into the milk and then coat each one in the wheat germ mixture.
Place zucchini sticks on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until they are a toasted brown colour.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. A spicy vegan mayo is quite nice with it, as well as some fresh lemon.
