Breaded Zucchini Recipe
I love Breaded Zucchini and make if quite often. Breaded Zucchini is truly just heavenly.Go for it!
Ingredients
2 small zucchini
Seasoned flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs
Directions
– Heat deep-fryer to 425 °F (220 °C).
– Cut zucchini length wise into thin slices.
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook zucchini slices. Rinse under cold water, drain and pat dry.
– Dredge zucchini slices with seasoned flour, dip into beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, then drop into hot oil and fry. Drain on paper towel
