Crispy Fried Breaded Veal Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal cutlets | 4 Medium | |
| Pepper white | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), blanched | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Light cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Breadcrumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
? Place each veal cutlet between two sheets of waxed paper. Pound with smooth side of mallet to flatten.
? Mix spices, parsley and garlic together. Spread half of mixture over one side of each veal cutlet.
? Incorporate remaining spices into flour. Dredge veal in flour.
? Mix beaten eggs with cream. Dip veal in eggs, then coat well in breadcrumbs. Season with salt.
? Heat butter and oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add veal and cook 2 minutes on each side.
