Breaded Veal Chops Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or American cheese
4 loin veal chops
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 egg, well beaten and diluted with 2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup butter
Directions
1. Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, oregano and cheese.
2. Sprinkle the chops with the salt and pepper, dip them into the beaten egg and roll in the bread-crumb mixture.
3. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the chops and cook over moderate heat until tender, about ten minutes on each side
