Ingredients
| 6 tablespoons cornflake crumbs | ||
| Snipped parsley | 2 Teaspoon (Coating:) | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon (Coating:) | |

| 12 oz. turkey cutlets | ||
| 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie Italian dressing | ||
| 4 medium green pepper rings, 1/4 inch thick | ||
Directions
In shallow bowl, mix all coating ingredients.
Dip each cutlet in Italian dressing, then in coating mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange green pepper rings on roasting rack.
Place cutlets on pepper rings.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 11 minutes, or until turkey is firm and no longer pink, rotating rack after every 3 minutes.
