Ingredients

 Dry bread crumbs12 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Fried onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1 , beaten
 Water1 Tablespoon
 4 smoked pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick

Directions

1. Preheat microwave browning grill for 8 minutes on HIGH.
2. Combine crumbs, thyme and onion on wax paper. Beat together egg and water in shallow bowl.
3. Dip chops into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place on preheated grill.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Turn chops over and continue cooking on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
