Ingredients

 
1 pkg. Island Queen slipper Lobster tails
 
2 white bread slices
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1 egg white, slightly beaten
 
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Cook the lobster as suggested on the package; cool.
Discard shells and set the lobster aside.
Toast bread until almost burnt.
While hot, break into pieces; whip into crumbs at high speed in a blender.
Pour crumbs into a shaker bag; add salt and pepper.
Dip lobsters (if large, cut in half) into egg white; then shake in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep oil at 365°F (180°C) until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
