4 pork chops, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup beer
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup beef bouillon
1 tablespoon ketchup
