 Crackers1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/8 Teaspoon
 Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Fish fillets1 pound, cut into pieces
 Paprika

Directions

Reserve 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs.
Mix remaining crumbs with salt and pepper.
Mix margarine and lemon juice.
Dip fish into margarine mixture, then into cracker crumbs.
Arrange fish with thickest parts to outside edge on microwave rack in baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 2 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired
