Breaded Fried Swordfish Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 swordfish steaks | ||
| A little four for dusting over fish | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Breadcrumbs for coating fish | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Cherry tomatoes for garnish | ||
| A few sprigs of watercress for garnish | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Season the steaks with salt and pepper, lightly dust each piece with the flour, dip in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
2) In a suitable skillet, deep fry the steaks until golden, drain excess oil.
3) On a serving platter, arrange the deep fried fillets.
SERVING
4) Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and watercress and serve immedaitely with the Worcestershire sauce.
