Ingredients

 Active dry yeast1
 Warm water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 All-purpose flour- 5 cups

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees

MAKING
2.In a bowl, pour warm water and place the yeast, soften it properly
3.Now mix in salt and flour to the bowl, to make a soft dough
4.On a flavored canvas, place the dough, and let it stand for 10 minutes
5.Now start kneading the dough thoroughly
6.In a greased bowl, place the dough, cover top with greased surface, and let it rise until it doubles
7.Once the dough rises, start punching down the dough
8.Knead the dough for about 2 minutes
9.Take the dough, and divide into 2 equal balls, roll each dough piece into a rectangle ΒΌ inch thick 6 inches wide
10.Now cut the dough crosswise into 1 inch strips
11.Place the dough and roll pencil thin to 7 inch lengths, place sticks on baking sheet and brush the sheets with egg white diluted with a little water.
12.Set aside and let it rise
13.Now brush the dough with egg white and sprinkle coarse salt over
14.Place dough in the oven
15.Finally bake in the oven for 20 minutes

SERVING
16.Serve with soups, cream, cheese spread
