Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 slices whole wheat bread, day old and cubed | ||
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 egg whites, slightly beaten | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Mix bread cubes and raisins in a 1 1/2 quart nonstick* baking pan.
2. Combine milk, egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour over bread and raisins. Stir.
3. Place in oven with a shallow pan of water. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes OR until an inserted knife comes out clean.
