Crumbed Pork Chops Recipe Video

Ingredients
pork loin
1 cup bread crumbs
oregano
thyme
parsley
salt
sage
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place pork loin in a plate.
Cut each chop to 1/2 inch. (Make five chops)
3. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and sage.
4. Mix them well.
5. Coat pork chops with crumb mixture.
6. Arrange chops on a baking pan.
7. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.

Wonderful. Quick and easy. Perfect if you have little time or have friends over (and don't want to lock yourself up in the kitchen all night.) I didn't have sage and replaced it with fresh coriander. I served it with mashed potatoes and salad. Went down well! Thanks!
