Milk- 1 1/2 cups, scalded
Shortening- 2 tablespoons
Eggs- 2, well beaten
All-purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder- 4 teaspoons

1.Start by preheating the Griddle
