Bread Tikki Recipe
Ingredients
| Besan | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For the tikki:) | |
| Water 1 medium cup | ||
| Ginger paste | 1/2 Tablespoon (For the tikki:) | |
| Green chilli | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (For the tikki:) | |
| Onions 3 medium size (chopped) | ||
| Curd 1 tbsp (skimmed milk) | ||
| Soda bi carbonate 1/2 tsp | ||
| Sandwich bread slice | 2 (For the base :) | |
| Paneer 2 cubes (skimmed milk) | ||
| Tomato ketchup | ||
Directions
For the base:
1. Cut the bread into four pieces.
2. Roast the bread.
For the tikki :
1. Add water to the besan and mix well.
2. Add green chillies, ginger paste, onions, curd and mix well.
3. Finally add salt and soda bi-carbonate and mix well.
4. Before baking finally, add the coriander leaves..
5. Take a little mix on the hand and give the shape of cutlets (tikki).
6. Roast one by one all the tikkis.
