Thyme Flavored Bread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 slices day-old enriched white bread, diced | ||
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Savory | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In saucepan cook celery in stock until celery is soft and stock is almost evaporated.
Add bread and seasonings.
Moisten with additional water, if stuffing is too dry.
Heat and serve.
Divide evenly.
