Bread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 6 tablespoons Butter or other Fat, melted | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 cups Bread Crumbs, day-old or soft | ||
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter or other fat for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
If stuffing is too dry, add 1 tablespoon water, milk, fish stock, or lemon juice.
