 Celery3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 tsp. thyme, sage or savory seasoning
 Butter6 Tablespoon

 4 cups day old bread crumbs

Directions

Cook onion and celery in butter for about 10 minutes or until tender. Combine all ingredients: mix thoroughly.
