Bread Salad With Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Sandwich Bread- 1 large loaf, crust removed and cut in cube | ||
| Eggs- 4 hard-cooked, finely chopped | ||
| Sweet onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Pint | |
| Horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Small Shrimp- 2 pounds, cooked, shelled, and deveined | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, quartered | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, place together eggs, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, olives, and bread cubes.
2) Fold the egg mixture lightly until well mixed.
3) When ready to serve, mix in the shrimps.
SERVING
4) Pile the shrimp mixture on a platter and surround with quartered tomatoes and serve.
