Bread Pudding Recipe
This is one of those great bread pudding recipes. You will fall head over heels in love with this Bread pudding recipe. I am sure you will make it almost every other day from the day you try it!
Ingredients
| 3 eggs, beaten or 5 egg whites | ||
| Tofu | 10 Ounce, mashed | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sweetener | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat bread | 4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Soy | 1 Cup (16 tbs), reconstituted | |
| 1/2 cup (120 ml) nuts and/or raisins, optional | ||
Directions
Mix eggs and tofu in an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and Devanswet.
Add cubed bread to tofu mix, then soy beverage.
If desired, add nuts and/or raisins.
Mix well.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes or until center is set.
