Bread Pudding Recipe
Impress your in-laws with this totally reliable Bread Pudding. Foolproof food makes happy in-laws and doting spouse. Enough said. This Bread Pudding is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Dessert often. When it comes to cooking I am my worst critic. Kindly comment and let me know how is this Bread Pudding.
Ingredients
Nonstick spray coating
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 slices raisin bread, cubed
Directions
Spray an 8 inch round baking dish with nonstick spray coating.
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and egg whites till foamy.
Beat in milk, honey, and vanilla.
Stir in bread cubes.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
