Bread and Lemon Stuffing Recipe

| Bread crumbs - 3 cups, soft and fine | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Rind - ½ of lemon, grated | ||
| Fresh parsley - ¼ cup, minced | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

MAKING
1. Cut the white portion of bread into small and fine pieces.
2. Take a bowl, add the bread crumbs with other ingredients and stir well.
SERVING
3. Use the mixture to stuff the chicken.
