Brazilian Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened chocolate | 2 Ounce | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Almond extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon sticks | 5 |
Directions
Melt chocolate in water in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Stir in sugar; bring to a boil over direct heat.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk, orange rind, and almond extract.
Heat thoroughly.
Before serving, beat with rotary beater until frothy.
Serve with a cinnamon stick in each cup.
