Brazilian Baked Trout Recipe

4 to 6 medium-sized trout (about 1/2 pound each)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons each chopped parsley, green onion rings, and dry bread crumbs
4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Wash and dry trout with paper towels; rub outside with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
Arrange the minced garlic in the bottom of a buttered, shallow baking dish large enough to hold trout in a single layer.
Place trout in dish; pour wine over top.
Sprinkle the parsley, green onion, and dry bread crumbs over trout; then spoon on butter.
Bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
