Brazil Nut Hard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1 cup chopped Brazil-nut meats | ||
Directions
Cream butter until soft.
Beat in half the sugar gradually, add cream and beat in remaining sugar.
Add orange rind and Brazil nuts.
Beat until fluffy.
Chill.
Makes about 2 cups sauce.
