Braunschweiger Spread Recipe
The braunschweiger spread is made with the german style braunschweiger sausage, cubed and mixed with pickle juice, tabasco sauce and onions. Spicy and savory, this spread can be sreved on toasted bread or rolls.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons pickle juice
1/2 pound Braunschweiger, cubed
1/4 medium onion
1 stalk celery, cut up
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 sprigs parsley
Directions
Put all ingredients into the Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
