Bratwurst In Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Bratwurst sausages | 2 Pound, uncooked | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beer | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Small, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced |
Directions
Place bratwurst in saucepan and barely cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes; drain well.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Add partially cooked bratwurst.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours.
