Brandy Coffee Recipe

Ingredients
Boiling hot freshly made coffee - 2 cups
Italian grappa or marc - 8 jiggers
Cognac - 2 jiggers
Anisette - 1 dash
Light cream - 1/2 cup
Superfine sugar - 1/4 cup
Orange or lemon rind - 1 small piece
Directions
MAKING
1 In a saucepan, put the freshly made coffee.
2 Add all the other ingredients and stir.
3 Heat to just below boiling point.
SERVING
4 Pour in individual cups and serve at once
