Directions
1. In top of double boiler, beat egg yolks with sugar until very thick and light. Stir in brandy; cook, stir- ring, over hot, not boiling, water until thickened. Refrigerate until well chilled and then pour cream into small bowl; beat until stiff. Fold into brandy mixture until well combined.
SERVING
2. Serve as a dipping sauce
