Brandy Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 fresh peaches, peeled
3 oz. Brandy
Directions
Place butter and sugar in double boiler; cook over boiling water until melted.
Stir in 1/4 cup water; add peaches.
Cook for 35 minutes, turning peaches sev- eral times.
Add brandy; serve.
