Brandy Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs | ||
| Cocoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| 1 cup pecans, very finely chopped | ||
| 2 tablespoons white corn syrup | ||
| Brandy | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Thoroughly mix the vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, pecans and 1 cup confectioners sugar.
Add the corn syrup and brandy, mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into remaining confectioners sugar.
Put in a tightly covered tin box or other metal container for at least 12 hours before serving.
Note: These cookies keep well for 4 or 5 weeks.
