| Corn syrup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brandy | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Crushed vanilla wafers | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Chopped walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White sugar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1/2 cup sugar, corn syrup and brandy.
Blend in wafer crumbs and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Chill until firm enough to form into balls.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in fine sugar.
Let ripen in covered container 2â€â€3 days.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
