Brandy Custard Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| Water | 1/4 Pint | |
| 2 egg-yolks | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Brandy | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whipped cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place sugar and water into saucepan; stir to dissolve sugar, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes.
Beat egg-yolks and salt, pour hot syrup in slowly, beating until thick and creamy.
Fold in brandy and whipped cream.
