Brandy Beef Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 beef tenderloin steaks (about 4 ounces each), about 1 inch thick | ||
| 2 large cloves garlic, crushed | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons brandy or beef broth | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Preheat large microwave browning dish by manufacturer for steak. Coat both sides beef steaks with garlic; sprinkle with pepper. Brush browning dish with oil. Place beef in hot browning dish, pressing beef against dish with spatula.
2. Microwave uncovered on high 4 to 6 minutes, turning beef over after 2 minutes, until beef is brown and medium doneness. Remove beef; keep warm.
3. Pour broth and brandy onto browning dish. Microwave uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until hot; stir in parsley. Pour sauce over beef. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
