Brandy Balls Recipe
|Evaporated milk||5 1⁄3 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Crushed vanilla wafers||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (About 5 Dozens)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), divided|
|Brandy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|

Cook, stirring over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat; add crushed wafers, sugar, 1/2 cup pecans, and the brandy, mixing well.
Let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into balls 1 inch in diameter.
Roll In remaining pecans.
Refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.
