Brandy Alexander Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons creme de cacao
2 tablespoons brandy
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Sweet Brandy Frosting
Directions
In mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar till fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Blend in the cooled chocolate, creme de cacao, and brandy.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in the chopped nuts.
Spread in a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool.
Frost with Sweet Brandy Frosting.
Cut into bars.
