Brandied Peach Mousse Recipe

Brandied peach mousse is an elegant dessert that looks great dn tastes even better and is prepared with minimal effort. Canned peaches processed together with peach syrup, heavy cream, brandy and suagr along with almond extract is all that goes into making this creamy, frozen dessert.

Ingredients

 
1 cup heavy cream
 
2 cups canned peaches, drained
 
1/2 cup syrup from peaches
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
1/3 to 1/2 cup peach brandy
 
1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Blender whip cream.
Empty into a bowl.
Put remaining ingredients into OSTER IZER container.
Cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Carefully fold this mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour into mold or freezer tray and freeze until firm.
