Brandied Cranberry Peach Gelatin Recipe

Ingredients
1 8 oz. can sliced peaches
1/3 c. brandy or 2 tsp. brandy flavoring
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions
Drain peaches and reserve syrup.
Add brandy to syrup with enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
Combine liquid, sugar and cranberries in small saucepan.
Bring to a full boil, then remove from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and cranberry mix ture.
Chill until thickened.
Add peaches, celery and nuts; mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
