Brandied Apricot Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 dessert crepes | ||
| Apricot jam | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup apricot brandy | ||
Directions
Spread jam over crepes.
Roll up and arrange in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and melted butter.
Broil for a minute or two to brown tops.
Heat brandy in a small pan.
Pour over crepes and ignite with long match.
Serve.
