| 2 wineglasses Curasao | ||
| 3 wineglasses brandy | ||
| 1 quart washed and hulled strawberries, crushed | ||
| Strawberries | 1 Quart, halved | |
Directions
Whip cream and mix with ice cream.
Add curacao and brandy.
Mix well.
Blend in crushed strawberries plus half of the halved ones.
Top with remaining strawberries.
Work quickly to prevent mixture from becoming too mushy.
If not served immediately, place in freezer until 15 minutes before serving.
