Brandied Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (29 oz.) cling-peach halves, drained; (reserve 1/2 cup syrup)
2/3 cup peach or pineapple preserves
1/4 to 1/3 cup brandy
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Toasted coconut
Directions
Arrange peaches in 8-inch round dish.
Combine reserved syrup, preserves, brandy and lemon juice.
Pour over peaches; top with coconut.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
