Directions

1. Toss peaches with brandy in a large bowl; mash slightly.
2. Combine 1 cup of cream with the sugar in a small saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over peach mixture; stir in remaining 2 cups cream.
3. Pour into the 16-cup can of an electric or hand-crank ice-cream freezer; freeze.
4. Unsnap cranking gear; carefully wipe cover and around sides of can with damp cloth. Lift off lid; remove dasher.
