Ingredients

 2 slices ready-to-eat ham cut 1/2-inch thick
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cloves1/4 Teaspoon
 Brandy1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

This is a useful stand-by for a hot day, because it takes only a few minutes to prepare it.
1.
Score the fat edges of the ham to prevent their curling.
2.
Heat the butter in a large skillet, add the ham slices, and spread the top with half of the honey mixed with the cloves.
3.
Brown the ham quickly, over high heat, turn, and spread the second sides with the rest of the honey-cloves mixture.
4.
Warm the brandy in a small pan, light, and pour flaming over the ham.
Serve as soon as the flames die down.
