Brandied Blue Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 ounces blue-veined cheese | ||
| 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, at room temperature | ||
| 1 small package | ||
| 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature | ||
| Brandy | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red or Golden Delicious apple wedges coated with lemon juice,celery sticks, or unsalted crackers | ||
Directions
In small bowl of an electric mixer, beat blue-veined cheese, butter, cream cheese, and brandy until smooth.
Or whirl in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on apple wedges.
Makes about 1 cup.
