Ingredients

 3 ounces blue-veined cheese
 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, at room temperature
 1 small package
 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
 Brandy2 Tablespoon
 Red or Golden Delicious apple wedges coated with lemon juice,celery sticks, or unsalted crackers

Directions

In small bowl of an electric mixer, beat blue-veined cheese, butter, cream cheese, and brandy until smooth.
Or whirl in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on apple wedges.
Makes about 1 cup.
