Ingredients
6 Tart Green Apples
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Fruit-flavored Brandy, any fruit flavor of your choice
Directions
Peel, core and quarter the apples.
Place in water and cook over low heat until apples soften.
Stir occasionally.
Take from fire, add powdered sugar, cinnamon and brandy.
Simmer 5 minutes.
