Branded Apricot Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| One 8 3/4-ounce can apricot halves, drained | ||
| Brandy | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| One 8-inch store-bought angel food cake | ||
Directions
1. In electric blender, puree apricots at high speed until smooth, about 5 to 10 seconds.
2. In small bowl, combine apricots, brandy and walnuts. Place cake on serving platter; spoon mixture on top of cake and allow to drip down sides. Chill. Use serrated knife to cut.
