Bran Sticky Buns Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup NABISCO® 100% Bran, divided
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup FLEISCHMANN'S® Margarine, melted
1 apple, cored and sliced
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup EGG BEATERS® 99% Real Egg Product or 2 egg whites
Directions
In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup bran, brown sugar and margarine; spread in 8x8x2-inch pan.
Top with apple slices; set aside.
In medium bowl, combine baking mix, remaining 3/4 cup bran, water and Egg Beaters® until soft dough forms.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls over apple slices.
Bake at 450°F for 13 to 15 minutes or until done.
Invert onto heat-proof plate, leaving pan over buns for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool slightly; serve warm.
