Bran Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 tsp. honey
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp. oil
2 cup whole bran cereal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions
1. Beat egg whites until foamy.
2. Add honey, milk, and oil. Beat well. Stir in bran cereal and let stand for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in flour and baking powder.
4. Fill nonstick or paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
