Bran Apple Muffins Recipe

| 2 1/2 cups bran flake cereal | ||

| Low fat plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Grated apple | 1 Medium, peeled | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir until well mixed.
Combine yogurt, oil and eggs in small bowl; stir until blended.
Make a well in center.
Add yogurt mixture and apple.
Stir just until moistened.
Let batter stand 5 minutes.
Spoon into lightly-greased muffin cups, filling each cup full.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire racks.
Store in an airtight container.
