BRAISED VEGETABLES Recipe
This braised vegetables recipe is truly yumm… and would leave your guests looking forward to more. Surprise your guests with a great combination of vegetables braised in chicken stock. A dish truly with a difference.

Ingredients
Pokchoy 200 Gms
Chinese cabbage 150 Gms
Shittake 50 Gms
Babycorn 50 Gms
Spring onions 100 Gms
Garlic 15 gms
Chicken stock 150 ml
Salt 03 Gms
White pepper 02 Gms
Aromate powder 04 Gms
Soya sauce 10 ml
Potato starch 10 gms
Directions
1. Wash all the vegetables and cut them
2. Sauté garlic in oil, add the babycorn, shittake, and stir fry.
3. Add the chicken stock, soya, pepper,and aromate powder and put all the vegetables.
4. Braise all the vegetables till cooked.
